91 or so mr2 turbo, 90+ 300zxTT,nissan 240sx, toyota cressida *cant remember how to spell it*... buy those cars... and spend the rest of the 7-10K you have left over on mods... lets see what a modded civic can do against those cars in the same price range...

and when it comes to modifying cars...unless your rich... having a shitload money leftover is rarely the case...h:

and i bought my first civic, because it was the only thing i could afford... it just so happens people around my town started modifying them already hence how i got into it...

and i would never buy a porsche...h:
