egr port cleaning
its pretty easy I did mine last yr just removed fuel rail. You should releive pressure by loosening one of the fuel lines. Then just take the bolts off the rail pop the rail loose (have some vaseline handy for to lube the orings when you go back together (or you can replace the orings on the fuel injectors if you like I didnt though) then if i remember correctly you take some more bolts loose and there is a cover on the intake that will let you gain access to the wholes. I beleive the gasket is reusuable as i reused mine. I then got a coat hanger and some carb cleaner spray (dont let it get in your eyes burns bad) I let then started scraping and spraying till i got the ports cleaned. Then reassembled everything. I remember doing the egr ports on a 92or93 and that was harder as you have to drill out cup plugs.
