My speedometer just started squeaking. Will it require a new cable, or can you somehow lube it? It sounds like the needle itself is actually squeaking, but i'm sure it's the cable. If lubing is possible, how do you do it? Can you simply take the cable from the tranny, and somehow squeze some lube up in the cable?
