There must be some difference between the two, maybe specific to your vehicles trim level, the dealer SHOULD be able to tell you which is right for your car.
A suspension sqeak could be coming from any moving part so pin pointing it maybe diffacult. Have you tried to listen and watch stuff while someone bounces the car? Any parts recently replaced? Stock everything? Miles?
As far as the actual mounts, I've never replaced them on my car, just clean them up and repaint if needed (salty roads where I live). And when I did the rubber mounts, the first time I cranked them down and bent the sleeve that fits in the middle of them causing a squeak over bumps. After redoing it (with new sleeve), it was OK.
I'm not saying that is your problem though. I would check:
balljoints-upper and lower
all bushings
sway bar links
