I usually keep it to 5-10mph over, but it depends on conditions on side roads For highway, depends on the highway too. The Everitt Turnpike I'll do 80mph all day on and it's a 55mph zone, traffic just keeps that pace.

But on I-93 I wouldn't dare go over 65mph, you may as well just throw your wallet out the window.
