Yeah I didn't bother to recheck the Skunk2 harness because it was brand new straight out of the box. I'll locate and check the ECT wire like you stated.

I'm actually surprised the car even started with the conversion. I figured I'd have some issues because of the factory anti theft system/immobilizer, whatever they call it.
