you need!

Oil line
head
distro
plug (for bottom of head)
new headgasket
VTEC timing belt
VTEC waterpump
tentioner (optional)
VTEC ecu (without it this whole thing is pointless)
VTEC oil pump (depending what year LS block you have)
Deck the head
New spark plugs (optional)
new gaskets (optional)
new cam seals (optional)
valve cover gasket (optional)

after getting all that then it can be as simple as just slapping it on.
