so if sold you a brick for $40 more than the LS clutch, it would be better?

Lesson: More $$ does not equal better product.

If you put a Type-R clutch in there, there wil be no noticeable difference. get an ACT organic clutch. Clutches are wearable parts, ergo, no warrantee in the world covers them whether they be OEM or aftermarket unless there is a problem with the craftsmanship. In which case, the manufacturer would be responsible for the repair.
