motor talk
even if i dont do the front end swap my motor still has a lot more miles than i want on it. and i still want the performance of the itr. i dont want to rebuild back up a motor that has been used and abused. but all that conversion stuff out of the way lets just talk about the motor. if and i use if loosely!, you had the money what would you get. the b18c5 or the k20 ivtech both jdm cause i found both for similiar prices and i know that one of the places is a reliable source cause i already did en engine swap on my now broken down 89 integra. motor did not break it stll runs meaner than ever and its only a 1.6, but anyways back to choosing a motor. i heard that the b18c5 has 220 to the flywheel and about 195 to the wheels but on the other hand i heard that the k series will put down 220 to the wheels. also have some friends that say i should get the k because it is an i-vtech. i am look to buy the engine and tranny in may hopefully so i still have alot of time to think about it. really dont want to rebuild my old motor. when i lived in mississippi before the hurricane i raced a car that had a type r under the hood with a spoon ehaust and i just fell in love with the power and its mean sound
