Still not worth it.

You will have to also get model specific motor mounts from Hasport for the K20 which will run another few hundred dollars.

I am still against the whole idea considering the whole car you are swapping it into is not even worth that and you have a perfectly good motor that can be rebuilt and turbocharged for a lot less money and make much more power.

Financially K-Series aren't worth it yet. But if you really want one then go ahead.

Not stopping me from doing a K24A2/K20A in the Civic. :fawk:

wait alittle the k20 will be come cheaper. motor 5500, mounts hasport 500, axels 300 also k pro which is around almost 1000 and someone that can do the wiring plus more

Well Im still not sure, but probably end up getting the B18c5 since i know its potential. Thanx alot for the help. If you have anything else that might be helpful please feel free.

Your current motor has just as much, if not more potential, than the overhyped B18C5 motor.

i agree... Dont get me wrong the type R engine is a good engine... but yea the money u spend on the type R could go into ur GSR and totally just walk a type R....

Ok thanks, but im still about 6 months away before i make my final decision. ill let you guys know what i ended up doing and if it was worth it to me or not. Thanks for all the info.
