Definitley agree that the parents are ultimatley responsible for their kids actions.

I'm curious, if the marketers are filling a need (for sexy clothes), aren't the tv personalities essentially doing the same thing ( filling the need for sexy fiction)? "need" here for lack of a better word. Also don't marketers generate around half of what's on tv, the commercials?

what really surprises me here is not the kids, who kinda should be expected to follow whatever trends they come across, but the clothing company that would want to be associated with this image, I would think they'd afraid of some public shaming.
