I"m going to tell you some general pros and cons with TYC. These are general, and may not be specific for your application.
A pro with TYC is that they are the best "aftermarket headlights" as far as fittment. Most aftermarket headlights sits a little bit off i.e there is more space between the headlight and bumper, hood and fender.
Second, they come with clear lens while OEM Stanley usually don't, so this improves light output.
Con is that they are known to fog. They use H1 or H3 bulbs. [Worse light output than stock 9004, 9005, etc] These are not designed for HIDs, so don't even think about getting a HID kit. And these headlights are a headache to do a retrofit on, and it's nearly impossible to get a straight cutoff.
In other words, if you plan on using halogens and you are aware that it puts out less light than your current setup i.e blind on rainy days....then go ahead. They do look good on the car, but has no functionality.
