I have that camera. It boots up fast, and take pictures pretty quickly also. I just leave it on AUTO since it is for taking snapshots. But I am pretty happy with it. Although one thing that I really dislike...battery life. I took about 200 shots with flash and LCD on and the battery died out. h: I would like a higher capacity battery.
