Your currency also fluctuates by the day and sometimes by the hour. I used to do currency exchange rates for billings on my boss' credit card and everytime he went to Canada it was an interesting experience. depending on the day and time his card was used the currency exchange was different as much as 5 cents and as little as 0.01 cents.
