When you say "brighter", do you mean light output is greater on the silverstars than the cool blues/ (or whatever sylvania has for their blue bulb/white light bulbs)? Or do you mean the light color/temp is appearingly brighter?

And when u say the silverstars are brighter than the cool blues, are you comparing same cars (friend's 02 accord had much brighter low beams than my 94 w/ the same bulbs)?

I want to know for sure whether the silverstars put out more light, or if they only appear to be brighter because the color of the light appears brighter to the naked eye.
