honestly i'm kinda in an uproar over this stuff because your saying things that arn't true. I don't wanna see someone with limited knowlage on a subject make a bad decision based on false information that they have gathered from here. There is nothing wrong with block guards.. that is some kinda rumor that started a long long time ago & is false unless the block guard has so small of water passages that they almost turn the block into a closed deck situation. People are generating amazing numbers such as 400-500hp using block guards with stock sleeves & for the cost of a $75 block guard that you can install in your own garage.. the results are amazing!
