Nope, actually even a bent rim will ballance out, however, you will still feel vibrations due to the wheel not being perfectly round.

What you need to do, is have the rim pressure ballanced, and have its diameter checked. Most tire shops are not able to do it, your best bet is a shop with "Hunter" ballancing machine - these machines are the most precise.
