YES HE CAN!!
well i decided to take on a little project, well not that little lol. I had some del sol wheels that i had a while ago that came off a parts car, i gave them to a friend, he never did anything to them, and i decided id take them back and try to fix them. The pictures are of the first wheel i took on, all and all im very happy with how it came out. It is far from perfect, but it is way ahead of where it was. Here are the pics
