Default Shorted wires somewhere. please help [DA* w/ B16 Swap]

I have a 1992 Acura Integra LS shell with a B16a swap. I was driving home the other night and all of a sudden my instrument lights started dimming on me until finally they just blacked out completely. I checked the bulbs in the gauge pod and everything seems fine. The fuse for the instrument lights is also hooked up to the tail lights and liscense plate light. I checked the wiring by the harness for the tail light bulbs and everything seems to be in order with no loose or burnt wires. As soon as I pop in a new fuse and turn on the headlights/running lights the fuse blows instantly. The brake lights will light up if I step on the pedal but they will not turn on with the lights.

You guys know where else I can check for shorts? Any advice whatsoever? Please help as I cannot drive my car at night due to it's current state.
