If the Spoon blocks are for N1 racing, wouldn't that mean they use stock cams, etc?

In essense, they are near-stock engines which spoon has disassembled, blueprinted to crazy specs, and reassembled with a couple of goodies. Any extra horsepower generated is due to lightened parts, raised compression ratio, and a crazy port and polish job.
