I don't get why you are blaming Acura for your tire problem? For there to be a bulge, there has to be a significant impact to either a curb or a pot hole, or else it would not had lasted 25K miles on your car.
Also, you did not know the TL-S had an aggressive tire? What do you think the S on the TL stands for? Of course, if they put some grandpa tires on it, you would be complaining how the car sucks when cornering and such.
If you feel that you were cheated because your tire had a bulge, then contact the tire manufacturer and complain to them. This is a wear and tear item, Acura is not going to warranty it unless it was a defect, which this is not.
Take some responsibility. If you hit a curb and/or big pot hole, suck it up and pay for a new tire.
