I need to get my weight back up, I was up to 172lbs 4 months ago, now I'm around 160 again, didn't lose much size but I want all the muscle back, going for 16" bi's by Spring, along with a 43" chest. Currently at like 14-3/8" and 41", should be no problem with the proper routine and diet. I'm gonna bulk and then when I get up to my goal I will do light weight high reps and cutting routine. I wanna be trim and fit.
