guys I'm proud to say that I'm back at the gym offically. I'm off the IR and back at the gym. my back is feeling so much stronger. I'm starting off slow on the cardio(already started this week), but I'm hoping to kick some butt by the end of the month. I'm going to try to throw in some weight tranning next week, and I might even think about trying a yoga class. I just joined LA fitness out here in AZ and its a bad ass gym.
