Sounds like your headgasket definitely took a dump on you.
I would provide a link to the Integra service manual PDF, but it isn't working right now. That would be a good thing to check to see what you need in terms of tools and how in-depth the job is for you. You can check the Civic forum sticky and it has the link inside there. Maybe it will start working again....:dunno:
I have done several B series headgasket jobs and they aren't hard, just labor intensive. I can get the head off in around 45 minutes, but putting it back on takes around twice that. You just have to be precise on putting everything back together how it was before.
