i went out to jackindabox last night and when i rolled up into the drive-thru, i heard a feint knocking noise from my motor . I ignored it as i thought i was hearing things but when i tried to go out later that night i heard the same noise profoundly during 2500-3500rpm. So i parked my car and revved it up and my symptons were as follows

-white smoke coming from block
-white smoke coming from exhaust
-sputtering exhaust, lots of fluid coming out
-knocking noise at low rpms
-i also have low oil (but oil was recently put in)

I am assuming that i will have to replace my head gaskets but im not sure what else i have to replace and i also dont know how to replace gaskets and what tools i will need . Could some tell me what guides or tutorials i could pick up so i can try fix this myself.
