I'd carry a spare main relay with me, if I were you. You're near the mileage and age that they get a bit iffy. That will kill fuel and or injector pulse on startup when they act up.

Without seeing the car, it's kind of difficult. No check engine light on? Just for kicks, jump the scs and see if it flashes out any codes.
