Default Odd Steering Problem.

So I was riding in the rain and I stopped at a light. When it turned, green, I went but not without a little accidental slippage of the wheels due to the wet conditions. This time something was different. The feel of the car was like I had to go over a branch 2" in diameter whilst accelerating. Now take note.. there was no branch - it's what I felt.

A few moments later I came to another stop and accelerated out of it normally without an issue. Then another stop, this one with a 90 degree turn. I stopped, went to go, but as I cut my wheel I felt it again. In an emergency state, I pushed the clutch, kicked the throttle and slipped it into 3rd to complete the turn so as to prevent any amount of torque from doing damage.

I whittled it down to only happening when I make a turn with acceleration, never on a straight away and never turning with throttle.

Like I said it's raining and I haven't had time to crawl up under, but if anyone knows what I should look out for let me know. I know what I suspect, but if anyone has ideas, I'll be sure to include them on my run through.
