Right, i think abs pump has gone on my b16a2 civic. Is it a belt driven pump or electric pump? how do i change it?

Just to confirm its the ABS pump, when i start the engine the abs light stays on and it makes a MMMMM noise. Sometimes the ABS light goes off, but it make this MMMMM noise like 3 or 4 times.

Is there a possibilty that its the ABS pump relay???
