Default Good deal on prelude?

I am helping my friend buy a car. I drove gst, gsx, civic SI, 3000gt sl, and others, then finally i found a prelude that i liked. the prelude is probably the most solid car i drove out of the many cars i tested that was in our price range (excluding sti's, type-r's, 300zx).

What do you think about this deal. 99' Black honda prelude (h22a4), 130,000 miles. Original owner, clean title and is a girl who's parents did the maintence on the car. claimed the millage was because she drove to ucla to san diego alot for school.

Now the millage is high, but they were on top of maintence. I checked out the car and it's very solid: clean, never modded, the clutch / tranny felt great, no scratches at all almost. The only problems i found was the radiator slightly was starting to leak and of course my concern for the high millage.

i've nogiated down to $8,150.

Kbb: $8,400
Edmunds: About the same

What do you prelude owners think? Bargain, fair or overpriced? thanks.
