You don't NEED to do a retrofit on an Integra since it already has projectors. I didn't retrofit mine and I have a nice cutoff without much glare at all. Here is mine:

For the retrofit, you will need the projectors out of a HID equipped car and a buttload of time. There is a writeup floating around Honda-tech right now, but I can't seem to find it.
