That's not true. It's not tech's job to class you or even registration. It's the competitor's responsibility to class yourself or to figure what class you are in. Or else if registration or tech classes your wrong there could be some backlash - although most regions do help you.
What's left of your interior? If your interior is intact you would be in SM (Street Mod) because of your motor swap. Also you cannot to triangle strut bars in SM.
