1. I believe you can install a roll bar but it has to be bolt in. I could wrong since I know that's what stock rules dictate.
2. Yes you can substitute a test pipe (again I believe) but you should be wary if you live in a state with emissions testing.

Yes I still have my whole interior in my car , with the option that I have a racing seats and harness , I also have a regular strut bar that goes to the shock mounts, top and lower front and back .

I also just got the 2005 scca rule book , but I still get confused with the either or that explains modification .

great choice in location! haha...let me know which club you plan on attending...my season is pretty much over since i ran out of funds but i can help you with which clubs use what rules and which clubs to stay away from (first car off at 12:30pm is pretty stupid)
