I had the same problem as you for about 2 months or so before I decided to fix the problem. Your main problem is that you probably need to do a valve adjustment. Do these other things as well

-Change fuel filter
-Clean IAC valve
-Clean EGR valve
-Clean injectors
-Do a valve adjustment
-Get new plugs
-Get new plug wires
