I searched the forums for information on sway bars. But looking into them, i've found strut bars...what the difference (Besides the mounting locations) and do you have to get the load off the wheels when installing strut bars vs having no load during the sway bars..

or easier yet, can i do both? Major advantages/disadvantages...
