I just bought a 1990 Civic LX for 500$. Its in good condition, the interior is fabric, like new, but the engine has 195,245 miles on it. I'd like to Mod the engine more than the exterior, so if anyone has any suggestions for anything, im open to them. Im 16, and have a job, but i do have a budget, so if possible keep it cheap. Its a 5 spd, and all stock by the way... if that changes anything.
