Anything over 65 is hurting it, but 70 isn't bad.

I have a 95 4 cyl also. I got 33 mpg driving through the tangled web of interstates in Atlanta for 40 miles recently.

My car is not a cream puff, but I am surprised at the mileage it still gets. I have only had one fill-up and that was to check the mileage at 140 miles. I've only got 165 more miles on a tank now, all city driving. We will see in another week or so what the real deal is.
