It Maybe Your Clutch You Can Tell By Puting It Into Gear When The Cars Is Off If It Goes Into Gear Easy Then You Just Found Your Problem And You Might Be Able To Get Away With Adjusting Your Clutch Cable Down By The Tranny To See If That Helps If Not You Will Have To Replace Your Clutch.and If Its Still Hard To Put In To Gear With The Car Off Then I Would Check The Shift Linkage For Binding If There Is No Binding Then Its Internal.
