I have a 99 prelude which gives a check engine light with misfire on all four cylinders, recently the only change has been nology wires and a install of type s cams. the syptoms are a real noticable misfire around 3000rpm that fills like the car is surging. Also the engine is sluggish through the complete rpm range. the cams have been in the car four about 4 weeks. until recently they were the boom. these items have been checked compression is great above 145 on all four cylinders, plugs are good, new rotor button, cap is in good shape, I don't have a light to check the timing. so i can't confirm if the electronic control module is good or not.
