The Marysville assembly workers take pride in their work, because they work for a great company... that has never had a layoff in it's 23 year operation. The plant is extremely well organized and the assembly line flows smoothly on a regular basis. The management and laborers all wear the same uniforms, and all are paid well. Non-union workers is a big plus, too (this coming from someone who works in a union) which have become a big problem for the big 3 (especially General Motors)
