IMO i would go with Crower valvesprings/TI retainers, Zex 59300 Cam, Zex cam gear (AEM, Skunk2, etc) Ferrea oversized valves (if you want valves?) P&P, JG Intake Mani.

For the Block, although you dont need upgraded internals for 10-12psi, you are being smart and doing it anyway. I like that. CP Pistons/Pauter or Manley Rods (Eagle H-beams would be good too) With that, you should definitely be set for high boost. As for Fuel Management, I would run a P28 ECU chipped w/ uberdata, Walbro 255 fuel pump, RC Injectors (440-550cc), and possibly a FPR and Fuel Rail. Then, anything else you want besides that. Make sure you do the proper things before boosting. Compression and leakdown tests, and replace your Timing belt (if needed), Oil and water pump, and run NGK spark plugs 2 steps colder!
