Hello,
The dealer will need to see your last valid mileage record (ie. from your last oil change from dealer or a shop), and they will need to see your old cluster. Basically, you have to prove to them that the mileage is actual, otherwise, they wont do it. I bought a 30k cluster, and my car had 59k, well, they changed it to 59k for me
