Looking to remove my CRX Engine. Does anyone have a detailed (pictures) guide of what all needs to be done in order to remove it in tact?

I'm trying to get it out to check it out and work on it so that it can get fixed. I know my wires are all fucked up so I might need a new wiring harness.

Also, does anyone know how much it weighs?
