one other thing that it could be.. if you had a shit ton of air in your clutch line & when u pess the pedal.. it doesn't dis-engauge your clutch & your basicly shifting without the use of the clutch without attempting to rev-match your gears.
Yeh, it could be my shift linkage, but how could my shiftlinkage be fine at say a red light, but all fuckered up while moving?

EDIT: I checked the bushings there all good. I can't see anything past the bitch pin though because it's overcast here and the tranny is in the way, so I might just have to feel around.
