i don't see how on earth it could be your clutch disk / pressure plate / or flywheel causing you to have a hard time transfering between gears when your clutch is Dis-engaged.

i would have to say your shift linkage is either jacked up or something INside your transmission!

one other thing that it could be.. if you had a shit ton of air in your clutch line & when u pess the pedal.. it doesn't dis-engauge your clutch & your basicly shifting without the use of the clutch without attempting to rev-match your gears.
