I'm talking K-to-K, not Honda K to one of BMW's toys or whatever other manufacturer you have in mind. That's why I mentioned minor differences, a few thousands on the cam here, a different dome on the piston there, big deal.
Of course they're not perfectly identical, but they're still very closely related engines.
