You need a multimeter that has that ability.
As far as power and ground, I guess one thing you could do is tie a wire connected to your body (ground) to one connector and tie a wire connected to a constant power source (like a fuse in your fuxe box...just take the fuse out, push the wire in the hole, then push the fuse in) for another.
