Not exactly plug-and-play, you'd have to do some cutting on the trunk lid to make it fit, and then cut the stock lenses and paint them as a pseudo-panel to fill the space around the new taillights. But it's probably easier than swapping front ends.
The taillights themselves go for around $150 on eBay.
