that is citibank, it can have itself..a friend works at a call center.. they are dumb as rocks.. that company took over att universal cards and i cancelled mine.. their business practices are right up there with providian.. the group that gives credit 2nd tier meaning to those that shouldnt have it or cant get it and wont pay for it.. citi has to meet quotas/bonuses and they will hit buttons on their panels and sign you up for all kinds of stuff u didnt authorize when they call u or u call them.. they count on u to call them on it..most people dont, they just pay the bill..
