Default the Best ls-vtech MONSTER setup

ok heres the deal - i just picked up a delsol-vtech 95 with the b16a3. unfortunitly the owner has blown the engine(head still good) and sold the stock ecu- p30 obd1. my question is about setting up an and ls-vtech. ive been researching on what set up to run in this car and ive made a decision. im going for a b18c-$400 block. BUT - i had just attaind a LS balanced crank-$200. heres where i need info if ive done something wrong. from what ive heard - use a gsr block because it mounts perfectly with a b16a3 head(they say use the gsr block because its a better block than ls and ofcourse the oil squirters) now regarding the LS balanced crank-i hear that it fits perfectly into a b18c1 and pluse i want the longer stroke for torque(even if its just a little bit more). ok heres where i get into some tech trouble - what rods and pistons should i use in the b18c w/ls crank. i have a feeling it should be the ls R&P but im not definitly sure, thats why im posting. i guess i plan to get aftermarket rods and pistons- but regarding the length and size for gsr block with ls crank im not sure what to get(info would be great). i plan to go turbo so peeps say the best ratio is 9:0:1. as for the tranny set i was leaning towards the ls tranny because of longer gears and more time for turbo(hell screw that-saves a little more GAS in 5th for daily driving) and the last bit of info would be the ECU issue. im not sure what ecu to get for this set up-(i found a p30 spoon chiped ecu for 200) should i get that -or look for a gsr ecu and one last thing is what timing belt do i need for this set up. thanks for any input you can offer-is this a good or bad set up?
