Actually the first o2 sensor is before your cat and the seconday sensor is in the car and performs your after cat reading while in closed loop operation.

since you got a 2000, hence obd2. you have an o2 sensor on your downpipe, right after the exhaust manifold. you also have another one right after the cat. the seconds ones purpose is to make sure the 1st one is doing its job.
im assuming BAR1 is the first one. but its doesnt matter, buy the sensor, change it out, if the CEL goes away, you got the right one. if not, put the new one in the other spot.
